Ronny help sells your home

May I introduce myself
I am Ronny Geenen, a photographer with many years of Real Estate experience in Glendora, Azusa, San Dimas, La Verne, Covina, West Covina and the rest of the San Gabriel Valley and my web www.LetPicturesTalk.com is a resource for residential Realtors, Brokers and Agents, who are listing and selling homes and/or investment properties and their clients/sellers how to use photography images as a marketing tool and earn an edge over their competition. See the examples here below and under the menu “Gallery of Homes” of www.LetPicturesTalk.com and compare these pictures to the ones you see daily in the MLS, in the newspapers and open house flyers. Which images provide you more with information of the listed home?
I have returned to a long time hobby, creative and artistic interest in photography. I have enjoyed all the aspects like the photographic gear, the architectural view and the art of photography for many years, which you will find under Photo Gallery of the website/blog. We, that is my website and me, bring you useful information, inspiration, technique, photographer showcases and more.

    What a difference.

It would appear that the Realtor did not have a wide angle lens, or sufficient lighting equipment.
Nor did the Realtor take the time to correct diverging verticals.

The Photographer did a much better job of choosing the viewpoint, and keeping “clutter” such as the view through the windows out of the pictures.

Thank you very much for the link – you’ve made me think very hard about my own photos!

      Bernard,

Thank you for your respond. Being a member of the MLS Committee I have given free lectures to many Realtors at meetings how important it is to update yourself and follow the trend of today changes.

    Dear Ed,
